Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum, recently appeared in a podcast episode with Lex Friedman, where he shared his views on every possible topic of the cryptocurrency industry.
At the time of discussion, Friedman asked Buterin whether Dogecoin could beat Bitcoin after the meme-cryptocurrency is upgraded. While giving his reply, Buterin said that if Dogecoin is extended to Ethereum, it would be amazing, not only for the network but also for the individuals as they could trade the meme-coin thousands of times in a second.
Later, while supporting Musk on Dogecoin, the Ethereum founder said, “You would make a mistake if you were to ascribe too much-sophisticated malevolence or any deep intentionality to the whole process. He’s just a human being, and he likes dogs just like I like dogs.”
Buterin believes that in the future, if Tesla and SpaceX continue to be part of the cryptocurrency industry, then they would adopt Ethereum, as it is a general-purpose blockchain.
After hearing the discussion, the CEO of Tesla took it to Twitter and tweeted that he ‘pretty much’ agrees with Vitalik.
